Tamagotchi Still Has It

Tamagotchi has been around at least two decades ago, when it initially became a hit to kids worldwide. It’s a virtual pet game in which a particular pet is programmed, and the user is obliged to take care of it. It’s portable, with the size of a “lengthwise-flat egg”, having a wide range of pet choices such as dinosaur, dog, cat, mouse, and many more. It’s virtual, meaning it makes use of interactive commands from the user (e.g. round the clock feeding, playing, bathing, and cleaning-up for pee). Any failure of providing the virtual pet with any of its basic needs results to death of the pet, and requires restarting to begin a new game with a new pet, starting over from it being an egg.

Today, tamagotchi not only maintains its stand in the toy market, but it also innovates just like most gaming consoles available. Now there is a wide variety of modifications to virtual pets. Phineas and Ferb's Cool Twist

Since Phineas and Ferb do not know the meaning of ordinary, it is not unsual that the keep on finding ways of doing new things all the time, especially during the days of summer. Their superb creativity makes everything oddly possible, from traveling through time, to building robots and shrink suits that enter human bodies. No wonder why Phineas’ sister Candace always tries hard to bust them to their mom. No clear reasons though, she just gets so pissed off of all the mess the boys are making. Unfortunately, the previous episodes of Phineas and Ferb consecutively shows Candace’s failure in busting the boys to their mom. It has been like that ever since.

However, it is quite a change in the angle that Candace finally made it. The episode in which She actually did it, when their mom finally saw everything that Phineas and Ferb have been doing all this time. In the episode “at last”, Phineas and Ferb built a huge rocket right in their backyard; and they both actually used their mom’s car as another subject for inventing the “car of the future-today”. When their mother found out, she and their dad decided to send them to a certain school, which unexpectedly works in completely removing creativity of all students. Due to the boys’ absence, Candace began to miss them, and eventually saved them from the institution. So much twist has been shown, up to the end! This has been one of the funniest episodes of Phineas and Ferb so far.

Bleach: Heat The Soul 6

The Bleach Heat the Soul series for the PSP is a good fighting game title to have. Especially the latest installment to the series Bleach: Heat the Soul 6. It has more characters in its roster, 74 playable characters; including more Vizards and Arrancars. It also has an improved tag battle system. It still features the same unique battle system with only a few tweaks to the original game play. Another good addition is that the game offers the past costumes for characters; for example Aizen as a captain and a vice captain or Hirako Shinji as a captain. It showcases the released forms of most Espadas .Also a great thing they have done is start the mission mode from the time Ichigo got his powers to the time they infiltrated Las Noches, giving the game a chance to show the whole story of Bleach.

The bad thing about the Bleach Heat the Soul series is that it is only available in Japanese; as of now it does not have an English version. This leaves non-Japanese players to figure out the controls by trial and error or relying on guide. Another bad thing about the series is that the powers, techniques and fighting styles of characters are accurate. Usually this series release characters without knowing what their real powers are (since these character’s powers were not yet shown in the anime or manga). That being said some of the characters powers were made up or made from hint of what their powers may look like.

Overall, the Bleach Heat the Soul series for the PSP is a good fighting game. However it is not available in English which makes game unplayable for most non-Japanese players. Also it did not stay true to the characters in the game. The overall rating for this game is 3 of 5
